Training & Development:
• Assist in training programs sourcing, training administrative works, and coordinate various in-house and external training programs and activities for Engineers and Production level of staff.
• To conduct staff level trainings, and learning activity.
• Monitor Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) training grants and claims status.
• Coordinate, support and implement projects and activities to build good employee relations, employee motivations, teamwork, and company culture.
Employee Engagement:
• Supports superior in conducting employee engagement surveys, analyse information, and identify workplace improvement needs.
• Design and organize staff engagement activities & support in promoting a positive relationship among employer and employee, organizational culture, and goals.
Industry Relationship:
• To assist Superior in hostel management process compliance to the local law, rules and regulations.
• To handle staff welfare and general affairs, including checking hostel workers facilities, safety & health and 5S.
• To ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations.
• Listen & feedback employee's grievances to superior and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Support in handling FOMEMA check-up and all matters related to foreign workers.
And, any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Malay.
• Proactive in learning and growth mindset.
• Possesses strong analytical, communication, team-working, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
