Sales Engineer is responsible for connecting with new prospects as well as engaging alongside existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering/ Mechanical/ Industrial or other related engineering field.
• Experience in sales and factory automation or material handling industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co‐workers, outside agencies, business partners, and consultants.
