The Subcontract and Supplier Management Engineer (hereinafter SSM) has the responsible for establishing, controlling/ maintaining and improving the subcon quality assurance and development system.

Create Values:

• Perform audits on new and existing subcons with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality performance of the subcontract.
• Initiate Corrective Action Report management and resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and policies to measure and ensure subcon performance.
• Monitor key quality metrics. (Subcon OTD, and Quality – system, process audit & yield)
• Establish sampling plan & testing criteria during incoming, site inspection or at subcon production.
• Continuous improvement and management by data.
• Become subject matter expert. (such as FMEA, SPC, ESD, MSD)
• Adhere to QMS of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• Prefer 2-3 years of related experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
• To analyze data for accuracy and correctly interpret results.
• Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Relational Databases, MS Outlook.
• Able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Has knowledge of a company's manufacturing process, applications and process development in order to actively work with suppliers in improving quality components of goods and services.
